STEAM FLOW TOTALISER Being an able manufacturer and supplier of process management and control instruments, we offer our valued clients with industrially designed Steam Flow Totaliser. These units are designed to measure the flow of superheated steam & saturated steam in mass or in terms of normalized volume. It computes instantaneous density from pressure & temperature signals as per ASTM norms & computes the mass flow as per guide lines from BS1042 / ISO: 5167. Model number: Series SFT200 These computing units are suitable for measurement of mass flow of superheated steam & saturated steam. The unit displays instantaneous mass flow rate and totalized mass of steam. Unit offers facilities for accurate flow totalizing in both compensated as well as uncompensated mode. The instrument accepts signals from flow/DP transmitter, pressure transmitter & temperature sensor / temperature transmitter.

a) Compensated mode:
- Full compensated mode (Pressure & temperature input)
2. Pressure compensation mode (only pressure input) 3. Temperature compensation mode (only temperature input) b) Uncompensated mode (only DPT input is taken to calculate flow rate)
- Online Computation For density Reducing Errors in Measurement Due To Pressure & Temperature.
- Linear or Square Root operation.
- Serial Interface with Computer through MODBUS RTU Protocol.
- The unit has two alarms, configured on pressure input.
